A highlight reel for Marvel teasing the first glimpse at Thunderbolts* and Daredevil: Born Again has been removed from social media. The clip, just over a minute in length, commemorates 85 years of films, TV shows, and comic books. “I often look back at the early sixties, in the famous the Marvel bullpen, with Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Steve Ditko, the house of ideas,” says Marvel head Kevin Feige, as photos and clips of the three artists flash up on the screen. “It’s called that for a reason.”
“Marvel is this massive canvas through which all of our humanity is explored,” Tom Hiddleston adds, known for playing Loki, speaking to a reporter during a red carpet interview. For those eagle-eyed viewers (or should that be Hawk-eyed?), the trailer teases Charlie Cox suited for action as Daredevil, Ironheart speeding through the air, and the Thunderbolts arriving in a lift.
Daredevil: Born Again arrives in March 2025, followed a month later by Thunderbolts*. For those unaware, the asterisk, oddly enough, is featured in the title. The film stars an ensemble of returning MCU faces, including Florence Pugh and David Harbour from Black Widow, the first film to launch out of Phase 4. Marvel mainstay, Sebastian Stan, reprises his role as Bucky/The Winter Soldier from the Captain America films, last seen during The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Sticking with the aforementioned Disney+ series, Wyatt Russell returns to action as the failed Captain America contender John Walker/U.S Agent. Hannah John-Kamen (Ant-Man and the Wasp) and Harrison Ford (who makes his Marvel debut in Captain America: Brave New World), fill out the cast.
For more Marvel content, fans were teased with their first glimpse at Harrison Ford in action as the Red Hulk.
