Tom Holland Has A “Secret” Project – Might It Be More Spider-Man?

Tom Holland has teased his involvement in a “secret” shoot, after sharing a selfie in a dressing room, with Marvel fans speculating what the project could be. Naturally, attention turns towards Venom: The Last Dance. The threequel is predicted to swing into cinemas in October 2024, so quite reasonably, a cameo from Holland could link with the film, the final in the trilogy starring Tom Hardy.

If you cast your mind back to the last moments of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, the sequel crossed over to the MCU, featuring Holland as Peter Parker. So, will the Uncharted actor finally cross over and make a true-to-life cameo in The Last Dance?

Aside from a stream of messages quipping about Holland’s inability to keep a secret, Spider-Man 4 is not far from the minds of the Marvel hopefuls. Perhaps we will finally receive a sequel to Spider-Man: No Way Home, an MCU entry that rewrote the multiverse rulebook with multiple Spider-Men in action.

“I feel like Tom thinks he’s actually keeping a secret but at the same time is saying Spider-Man 4” another Instagram account adds. One user suggests Holland could swing into the upcoming Fantastic Four film. One user argues that the actor might be shooting for Avengers: Secret Wars – with emphasis on the word secret.

For those clued up on the comics, Peter Parker does appear in the Avengers: Secret Wars story, leaving it entirely possible Holland might be reprising his role as the webbed superhero. However, with more than two years to go (the film debuts in 2027), it’d be a stretch to imagine Holland is shooting for the film this early.
