Rick and Morty Season 7 is coming this Autumn. A fall release window has been announced in a teaser (courtesy of a story from IGN), look further below, but we have no official date yet for the next run of episodes. A premiere date for Adult Swim’s award-winning animated series is expected to drop sometime next week, so once we know more, so will you.
Season 6 debuted in September 2022, so it would stand to reason we could see Season 7 as early as next month. Fans should expect the usual dosage of cartoonish ultra-violence, multiversal madness, and more emphasis on one particular character, the elusive Rick Prime.

The Rick-centric teaser recaps the Rick Prime story, a villain first revealed as early as Season 3, and Rick C-137’s unending search for his family’s killer throughout Season 6. The clip ends with Rick telling Morty that the seventh season will involve the two of them “hunting” Prime together, something Rick says will “take over your life,” and by that reckoning, the bulk of Season 7.
Rick and Morty Season 7 will be the first without Justin Roiland, and following significant changes within Adult Swim, Steve Levy, a producer on the series, said the work from the team “has only gotten better. When the new season comes out, we’ll focus on how amazing it all turned out. We hope the fans will realize that this is the same old show, maybe even better!”
Rick and Morty Seasons 1-6 (if a catch up is required) are available to stream on Netflix in the UK.
