Better Call Saul Season 6B Trailer Brings Us To Breaking Bad

The official trailer for Better Call Saul Season 6B has arrived – ahead of its return on July 11 across AMC and AMC+. With only six episodes remaining – the prequel series to Breaking Bad is catching up fast in the timeline to its successor. The trailer, backed by Fred Neil’s hauntingly atmospheric “Little Bit Of Rain,” runs through a montage of black and white stills of locations throughout the series.

We open with shots of Saul Goodman’s office, Los Pollos Hermanos, the fictional fast-food chicken franchise, the car park beneath Saul and Kim’s apartment complex, courtrooms, the crossroads motel, and the meth lab beneath the laundrette. In the final shot, we can hear Saul Goodman’s voice (Bob Odenkirk) with a Latin phrase: “Let justice be done, though the heavens fall.” Odenkirk, who plays the criminal lawyer, can be seen trying out a yellow shirt from a walk-in wardrobe.

The mid-season finale saw the demise of series regular Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian). After confronting Saul and Kim at their apartment, Hamlin was ruthlessly shot in the head by the season’s big bad, Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton). With only eight episodes remaining, we know that Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul will return to the series as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad

Rhea Seehorn, who plays crooked lawyer and Saul’s partner Kim Wexler, described how the writing left her feeling “blown away by even the halfway mark, and I didn’t know we were splitting this season. “I couldn’t have asked for anything more respectful of the fans and the characters that they’ve written.” she added.

If you’re not up to date with Better Call Saul, all five seasons and the first seven episodes of Season 6 are available on Netflix. Better Call Saul stars Bob Odenkirk, Jonathan Banks, Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian, Michael Mando, Tony Dalton, and Giancarlo Esposito.
