Stranger Things Season 5 Plot Shared Online – With One Catch

The entire plot for Stranger Things Season 5 has been released online – and this is not a leak. The writing team behind the acclaimed Netflix show has revealed a beat-by-beat, scene-by-scene breakdown of the entire series on a whiteboard – and there’s only one small catch, it’s heavily pixelated.

So it’s all there, but good luck deciphering what it all says. Naturally, it hasn’t prevented die-hard fans from attempting to solve the puzzle, with fans taking to Reddit to dissect, analyse, and generally lose their minds in the debate about what the final season will offer.

“I think the 4 lines probably mean the different storylines of S5, which could be teens, young adults, adults and perhaps Max’s storyline” one Reddit user, speedy3702 responds to the pixelated image. “And then what’s written in each cell is obviously a summary of each storyline in each episode.”

Multiple Reddit users have pointed out that the second to last square in the bottom right of the grid is partly blacked out – suggesting a big plot point the writers had covered up before pixelating the picture. “I’m curious what the ending of the second to last episode is that is so intense they had to especially black it out lmao but NOTHING ELSE.” says Reddit user hollisterr.

“We need the “Enhance! Enhance!” guy from that one Bourne movie,” another account quips. “These absolute trolls. They torment us but I can’t help but love them,” says cars-on-mars-2.

With Season 4 wrapping earlier in the year, and the final home stretch approaching for the popular sci-fi show, which debuted on the streamer in July 2016, the writers recently suggested that the lengthy run times the show has become known for wouldn’t be as “extreme” in Season 5.

Stranger Things stars Mille Bobby Brown, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo, Joe Keery, Natalia Dyer, Maya Hawke, and Charlie Heaton.
